The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all informalities. The City of Bedford is soliciting sealed bids for the reconstruction of Deuce Drive from Tennis Drive to Brown Trail. The project consists of the installation of approximately, 3600 square yards of reinforced concrete pavement, 740 linear feet of 8 AWWA DR-18 C900 PVC water pipe, and 790 linear feet of 8 of SDR-26 115 PSI sanitary sewer pipe.
