A. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The project consists of the renovation of approximately 2,400 gross square feet of existing space on the ground floor of Olney Hall. The space includes rooms G15, G17, G17A, G17B, G19B, G19C, G19D, and G19E. The primary goal of the project is to renovate these spaces to accommodate Dean Melikechs laser lab including the Shen set-up, femtosecond laser lab, and providing a shared prep lab and write-up space. The demolition will include hazardous abatement.
