The First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form, which can be submitted separately, is required at 5:00 PM on August 9, 2023. Generally, the work consists of furnishing and installing a complete advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) cellular-based automated meter reading system, including water service meters and electronic display registers, meter interface units, AMI modules and data collectors, meter installation and data collection hardware and software, and associated equipment accompanied by the bid bond or a certified check executed in favor of the owner in an amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid. Bid bond or check will be forfeited should the selected bidder neglect or refuse to enter into contract and provide suitable bond for faithful performance of the work. The successful bidder shall provide a performance bond, as hereinafter stipulated, for the full amount of the contract within 10 days after awarding of the contract, i.e. contract date.
