Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Peyton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Reference Number 0000325539 El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified, experienced, professional Contractors to furnish all materials and labor as necessary for trail and parking lot improvements at Homestead Ranch Regional Park for the El Paso County Parks and Recreation Department. It is expected that the business and their team members will have significant experience with this type of project. It is expected that the individuals overseeing and managing this project are qualified professionals. The successful Contractor shall be considered and shall remain an independent contractor throughout the term of any contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation. The existing trails at Homestead Ranch Regional Park were developed in the early 2000's. Over time, some of these trails have experienced erosion damage due to weather. The parking lot area is also experiencing erosion issues at two drainage outlets. To maintain El Paso County's 'Tier I' trail standard, these erosions issues will need to be addressed, with measures implemented to prevent future storm water damage to existing infrastructure.
