Renovation of a conference / convention center in Norwood, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
The project consists in general of limited repairs to the masonry exterior along with associated work. Each bidder is advised to visit the site of the proposed work, become fully acquainted with conditions as they exist, and thoroughly examine the Contract Documents. Failure of any bidder to visit the site, and to examine the Contract Documents shall in no way relieve the bidder from any obligation with regard to the bid as submitted. The General Bid shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the following plainly marked on the outside: Norwood Civic Center Emergency Envelope Repairs FAC-24-02 - General Bid Bidder's Name, Business Address, and Phone Number Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Architect. The Architect will answer such requests if received by 5 PM, August 10, 2023. All questions shall be directed to Sally Woodson, swoodson@gienapparchitects.com.
