As of September 20, 2023, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will be rebid but no definite date yet. Goals of PHA Board of Commissioners a. Awarding 20% of the total dollar amount of funds available through the Capital Fund Program to qualified minority business enterprises (MBE). This includes the solicitation of prime contract bidders and solicitation of subcontracts and supply bids by prime contract bidders. b. Awarding 10% of the total dollar amount of funds available through the Capital Fund Program to qualified women's business enterprises (WBE) and businesses owned by persons with disabilities (DBE). This includes the solicitation of prime contract bidders and solicitation of subcontracts and supply bids by prime contract bidders. Questions regarding these documents may be directed to the representative of the St. Paul PHA and will be answered in the form of an Addendum to be issued by the PHA, if necessary, and if received at least 10 days before bid opening. All work shall be completed by October 31, 2023. All concrete work shall be placed no later than October 10, 2023.
