Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Alden, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Town of Alden, NY (Town) is requesting proposals to replace the air conditioning system at the town senior Center in Alden, N.Y. The town will select one (1) Bidder to provide equipment, materials, and construction for the air conditioning system as outlined in this request Provide and Install (3) 3 Ton high wall ductless units to cool the east and south meeting rooms, to include Recovery and removal of existing roof condenser unit with crane. o Abandon indoor fan coil unit in ceiling for heating only. o (3) 3 Ton high wall units o (3) 3 Ton outdoor sections mounted on roof o Line Sets and Control wiring between sections o Power wiring Drains to suitable locations outside o Refrigerant branch box and line set Start and test Contractor must coordinate with Firestone Roofing representative on proper roof system interface The Town of Alden reserves the right to negotiate an agreement based on fair and reasonable compensation for the scope of the work and services proposed, as well as the right to reject any and all responses deemed unqualified, unsatisfactory or inappropriate at the sole discretion of the Town Any requests for information or questions must be filed in written form via hard copy or mail to the Town Engineer and must be received at least 3 days prior to the bid due date.
