Base: Install Cool Cells into Existing Greenhouses Optional: Install 4 additional cool cells in A-1 & B-1 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.06, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12805B24Q0086 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-10. The associated NAICS Code is 238220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $19M. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service - Crops Research Laboratory, Fort Collins, CO has a construction requirement for the Installation of Cools Cells into Existing Greenhouses as per the SOW.
