Site work for a civil project in Plymouth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Tower A recirculating domestic hot water piping modifications. New piping will connect three zones to the existing hot water recirculating riser with a thermostatic balancing value to control the system using the existing recirculation pump and one new pump, one installed in the basement and the other on the 25th floor. Each floor will have recirculation piping installed from the furthest hot water supply line back to the new riser. New domestic heat exchanger with expansion tanks and two additional domestic hot water circulators will need to be installed on the 14th floor to accommodate multiple pressure zones. The Owner's estimated construction cost for the Work is $317,000.00. Question Deadline 08/10/2023 at 12:00 PM CT Small Business Participation: 12% for Small Minority-Owned Businesses (SMBE) 10% for Small Women-Owned Businesses (SWBE) Workforce: 32% minority workforce 20% female workforce. The Owner's estimated timeframe for the Contractor to substantially complete the Work is 180 days. This estimated timeframe was provided to the Owner by its consultant and is shared with Proposers for informational purposes, rather than to state a contractual requirement. Hennepin County reserves the right to extend the Proposal due date by addendum.
