Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Plymouth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and municipal facility.
Construction Manager at Risk services for preconstruction consulting, deconstruction and construction services required for a new facility and reconfigured site to house the new Southdale Library and new tenant. The selection of the Construction Manager will be done through a two-step process outlined in Minnesota Statute 16C.34. During the first step, the County will qualify all responsive Respondents and the Evaluation Panel will score each RFQ Respondent's proposal to a short list of maximum top five firms pursuant to the evaluation criteria described in the RFQ. During the second step, the RFQ short-listed Respondents will be solicited to respond to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction Manager at Risk services
