** As of January 13, 2025, project was awarded to GSB Construction & Development, Inc, but awarded amount is not available ** The Lake County Judicial Center (LCJC) needs new infrastructure and upgrades to support current generation audio and video equipment in the six (6) Courtrooms located in the East Wing of the Judicial Center. Parts, labor, and support are needed to provide these capabilities Provide Information Technology (IT) upgrades to courtrooms at the LCJC. Upgrades include, but are not limited to, audio/video, electrical, mechanical, concrete, mill work, and flooring per the provided plans and specifications. All work shall be done during regular business hours, except any work requiring disruption to other areas of the building such as excessive noise, electric, air conditioning (HVAC), low voltage, may be required to be done after hours. A detailed schedule including phasing plan shall be provided by the Contractor to the County Project Manager and approved prior to the start of work. All work shall be coordinated with the 5th Circuit Court Administration Department and the County Project Manager. Award Recommended Vendor (ARV) shall execute and deliver to County a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount representing 100% of Contract price. The County's Performance and Payment Bond Form shall be the only acceptable form. Completed form must be delivered to County within fifteen (15) calendar days after formal notice of award. Failure to deliver the Performance and Payment Bond as directed will result in ARV being declared in default of contractual terms and conditions The last day for questions or requests for exceptions An addendum may be issued in response to any inquiry received, which changes or clarifies the terms, provisions, or requirements of the solicitation. 6.4 No responses to questions submitted will be binding unless released in writing as an addendum to the solicitation and posted on the Formal Solicitations site (lakecountyfl.gov) for this solicitation.
