Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Contract Documents including bid proposal forms, plan sheets, and specifications for the Project may be viewed and downloaded free of charge (with the option to purchase hard copies) at www.civcastusa.com. Addenda will be posted at www.civcastusa.com and plan holders will be automatically notified of any addenda through email if the plans and specifications were downloaded via civcastusa.com. Please submit questions for the project 72 hours prior to bid opening through www.civcastusa.com in the Q&A portal. Bidding documents will be available at the address above on December 14, 2023. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause; such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. Prime bidders for this work must be licensed under the classification of Building Construction or Specialty:Swimming Pools. Any subcontractor submitting a sub-bid in excess of $50,000 to a Prime Bidder is required to be licensed in accordance with the State of Louisiana requirements. The Attention of Bidders is called particularly to the requirements for conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract, Section 3, Segregated Facilities, Executive Order 11246, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal government and State of Louisiana and bonding and insurance requirements.
