Site work for a development in Shady Valley, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for site work for a development.
Phase 1 Communication exchange between the United States Forest Service and predetermined contractors in order establish project purpose, method and endstate. Site Walkdown requested in order to have eyes on evaluation to facilitate better accuracy of structural degradation. Phase 2 Structure drawings with redlined improvements submitted to USFS for review and approval. This phase will engage both USFS Engineering and Contractor in order to reach an agreed understanding of expectations prior to execution. Phase 3 This phase will be the start of structural repairs including but not limited to super structure repairs (ridge beams, rafters, cross members, structure main posts, concrete/ masonry repair. All support fixtures (crossmember support bars, plates, nails, screws) are subject to evaluation an replacement of like kind. The structure is to be repaired to original or as close as possible conditions prior to degradation. Phase 4 Project will have a final inspection to ensure all contract requirements are met. Contract closeout. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
