Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a parking garage in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; and for asbestos abatement for a parking garage.

The contractor shall install construction fencing to protect the area prior to the commencement of work. The existing fencing is owned by the current owners of the Condo. After the contractors fence is in place the contractor must remove the privately owned temporary fencing and stockpile it on site for pick up. The east wall of the parking garage must be left in place along the property at 444 Dunbar Ave. The contractor must place fill (load) on the west side of wall to support the wall. The top of the wall shall be sawcut to match the grade on the property of 444 Dunbar. Once the wall is backfilled with the appropriate load to support the wall, the City will have a structural engineer review in the field to address any concerns. All contractors should bid asbestos removal per the PSI report included in the bid package. If additional quantities of suspect material are encountered a 3rd party will be hired by the City to sample and verify additional quantities. Demolition of an approximate 77,600 sq. ft.
