Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Texas City, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of September 12 ,2023 project was awarded to Ironside Development, LCC but awarded amount is not available.** The County of Galveston is seeking a vendor to provide concrete repair and placement to various locations within Galveston County; including flat work, street pavement, curbs, and headwalls in accordance with the specifications within this Request for Proposal. Proposal prices shall be either lump-sum or unit prices as shown on proposal bid sheets, if applicable. The net price shall be delivered to Galveston County, including all freight, shipping, and license fees. Galveston County is tax-exempt and no taxes should be included in proposal pricing The Galveston County Commissioners' Court reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any and all proposals, and to accept. No bond is required with this Request for Proposal. Successful Proposer, before beginning work, shall execute a performance bond and a payment bond, each of which must be in the amount of the contract.
