A. Work Included 1. This Security is Given as a Guarantee That the Bidder Will Enter Into a Contract With the Owner for the Construction of This Project, Furnish Satisfactory Labor and Materials, Maintenance and Performance Bonds and Insurance Certificates With Ten (10) Days After Notice of Award, and in the Event of Failure to Do So, Shall Pay to the Owner the Sum of Five Percent (5%) of Said Bid as Liquidated Damages.
