**As of September 19, 2023, project was awarded to MS Contracting, awarded amount is 1,247,530.39** The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening work includes: The construction of a new 145 -3three-span, Type 2 prestressed concrete I-girder bridge with galvanized steel piling (14 round), concrete abutments, concrete pile encasements, SL-1 railing, traffic control, and all appurtenances. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids. A certified or cashier s check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The DBE goal for this project is 6% The wage rates applicable to this project have been predetermined as required by law and are set forth in the bid proposal. When Federal wage rates are applicable and included, this contract is subject to the "Work Hours Act of 1962" (P.L. 87-581; Stat. 357) and implementing regulations.
