Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Budget $160,000 to $250,000. DESCRIPTION a. General: The work to be completed consists of the removal of the existing old bar screen equipment and installing a new bar screen, electrical and control panels, wiring, brackets, and necessary appurtenances. Incidental items such as excavation, demolition, concrete, placement, surface cleanup, start-up, testing, insurance, and all other appurtenances shall be provided for a complete and functional final product. Contractor shall be responsible for disposal of the old bar screen and components.
