As of February 13, 2025, per owner, this project began January 11, 2024, and is currently ongoing. Design team has not yet been identified. The Tonkawa Tribe of Oklahoma is looking for a professional architect engineering design team, to develop, plan and design construction for a Water Treatment Facility. We are developing a water well treatment facility on our tribal land, in the Fort Oakland Reserve Community, three miles southeast of Tonkawa. We are looking to supply wells and piping on the Tonkawa Tribes land, to supply sanitary drinking water to the Fort Oakland Reserve Community. The Professional architect engineering design team will plan, design, and work with a contractor to drill, and test the water well. Size and drill water wells, tell us how to cross rivers, tie the water tower, and what kind of treatment is needed.
