Site work for a civil project in Tonkawa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Furnishing and installing 10 water wells and associated appurtenances. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price General Conditions, as may be modified by the Supplementary Conditions, sets forth Owner's requirements as to performance and payment bonds, other required bonds (if any), and insurance. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project. Contractor shall pay Owner $500 for each day that expires after the time (as duly adjusted pursuant to the Contract) specified above for Substantial Completion, until the Work is substantially complete Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner, Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor Bid informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work.
