Site work for a water / sewer project in Tonkawa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Relocation of approximately 1,000 LF of 12-inch HDPE waterline parallel to Hwy 77 and various 2-inch through 12-inch waterline crossings under Hwy 77 within the City of Tonkawa. Contractors are required to meet American Iron and Steel Requirements, as required by ODOT A Bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of certified check, bank money order or a Bid bond issued by a surety. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Tonkawa reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner.
