Renovation of a municipal facility in Denton, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County Commissioners of Caroline County, on behalf of the Caroline County Department of Public Works, are accepting contractor bids for the replacement of (5) HVAC units at the Caroline County Circuit Courthouse located at 109 Market Street, Denton, MD 21629. Work is generally described, but is not limited to, as follows: Scope of work includes: Removal and Replacement of One (1) 2 Ton unit Removal and Replacement of Four (4) 3 Ton units All units are located on the roof of the Courthouse Installation of HVAC units to include WIFI thermostats Existing units must be replaced with Carrier or Bryant units Contractor will only take a maximum of two (2) units off-line at a time. Those two (2) units MUST occupy two (2) different spaces. CERTIFIED MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISES ARE ENCOURAGED TO RESPOND TO THIS INVITATION TO BID.
