Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will not be held. Project Scope: On-call asphalt and concrete paving and associated services for citywide use. Estimate: Estimated spend is $1,500,000 - $2,000,000 annually but as an on-call contract, actual contract value will depend upon actual contract usage.
