This contract is required to provide maintenance, repairs, and replacement to various Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units servicing primary communications rooms. Units are located in various facilities on McChord Field at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), see Technical Exhibit 2 for locations. Assessments on all units were completed 11 Oct 22 and have identified required maintenance and repairs for all units. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of one year. Estimated Period of Performance: 18 September 2023-17 September 2024 A site visit will be held on 1 Aug 2023 at 9:00 a.m. PDT - please see RFQ attachment for more details. All questions for this requirement are due by 7 Aug 23 at 4:00 P.M. CST. Offerors shall submit all questions relating to the solicitation to both POCs listed below. The questions shall be submitted only on the Attached Q&A spreadsheet. Questions about this RFQ prior to the site visit shall be received NLT 26 Jul 2023 / 12:00 p.m. CDT. Additional questions which arise from the site visit itself shall be received NLT79 Aug 2023 / 12:00 p.m. CDT. The Government may not provide a response to questions received after the above dates. Offerors are not to contact any other Government POC with questions or inquiries about this acquisition.
