Please Note: Ineligible Source List During the period for which a person/firm has been debarred or suspended, or placed on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list, that person/firm shall not submit or cause to be submitted offers, quotes, bids, or proposals, etc. to Gwinnett County, even when automatically or electronically distributed a notification or notified of a solicitation request. Submittals from firms currently on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list will not be considered. All vendors must submit with bid, a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. Failure to submit a bid bond with the proper rating will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Successful vendors will be required to meet insurance requirements, submit a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond and a one hundred percent (100%) payment bond. This is a Gateway Monument project/contract consisting of but is not limited to clearing & grubbing, grading, construction of a new Gwinnett County Gateway Monument and grassing, located in the eastbound Right of Way of SR 20 east of the Chattahoochee River in Gwinnett County, Georgia. All work for completion of this contract is included in the Gateway Monument. Award will be made to the vendor(s) submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid. Gwinnett County reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive technicalities and to make an award deemed in its best interest. Bids may be split or awarded in entirety. Gwinnett County reserves the option to negotiate terms, conditions and pricing with the lowest responsive, responsible vendor(s) at its discretion.
