Total Small Business Set-Aside per FAR Part 13 under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). Firm Fixed-Price contract will be awarded per the Trade-Off criteria in CAR 1352.213-70. LEVEL OF MAGNITUDE Between $25,000 and $100,000 BONDING/LOC WILL BE REQUIRED UNLESS YOUR QUOTE IS UNDER $35K.
