Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work involved in this project consists principally of the following: 0.6 M. of hot mix asphalt cold milling and resurfacing, concrete curb and gutter repair, intersection reconstruction and pavement markings on Maple Street between 6th Street and Griffin Street And 0.54 M. of hot mix asphalt cold billing and resurfacing, concrete curb and gutter repair and pavement marking on 12th Street between Division Street and Union Street. And 0.97 M. of hot mix asphalt cold milling and resurfacing, and pavement marking on Eastern Avenue between Peninsula Drive and the Eastern termini at the citys water pump facility And 0.07 M. of hot mix asphalt, concrete curb and gutter, storm system and pavement markings on Railroad Avenue between Station Street and Woodmere Avenue. And reconstruction of the pavement and brink crosswalks at the 8th/Union and 8th/Cass Intersections including part width construction and traffic control. And reconstruction of the brick pavement intersection at Maple and 8th Street. A certified check, bank draft or bid bond without condition to the City of Traverse City in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount shall be submitted as a guarantee of good faith subject to the conditions stipulated in the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Traverse City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and to accept the bids either on an entire or individual basis that is in the best interests of the City of Traverse City. This is not a federal aid project.
