The City of Traverse City (CITY) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to perform conditions assessments on the Hardy Parking Structure and Old Town Parking Structure. In addition, the selected consultant will prepare bid documents, and provide construction phase services for the high and medium priority maintenance recommended. The City intends to select the qualifying firms on the basis of qualifications, ability, relevant experience, possession of required licenses and insurance and other pertinent factors. The firm must have all required licenses and will be required to enter into a service agreement with the City for this work. All requirements of the service agreement must be met, including insurance and workers compensation insurance pursuant to Michigan state law. All work specified in the contract documents shall be completed within the 76 calendar
