Site work and paving for a civil project in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.
The Work consist of required construction services for rehabilitation of existing pavement markings along GMX roadways SR 836, SR 112 & SR 874, and Miami Dade County SW 128 Street. The Work includes but is not limited to provision of Materials, Equipment, Labor, Maintenance of Traffic and all incidental items and services necessary to install pavement marking components within the limits as shown in the Technical Exhibits. The GMX paving marking components shall be wet weather thermoplastic in compliance with the current Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction and the Manual on Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) latest edition and revisions. The Contract Time for the Work is three hundred (300) Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed. The Engineer's Estimate for this Work is Four Million, Seventy-One Thousand, One Hundred and Two Dollars ($4,071,102.00) Each Bid Package must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty made payable to GMX in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid amount. GMX reserves the right to make changes by increasing, decreasing and/or modifying the Work as detailed in the Contract Documents.
