This Request for Quotations (the RFQ) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (the City) to prospective Contractors to submit non-binding quotations for Spot Improvement Program, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the Deliverables). The work includes the removal of existing asphalt surface and replacing with new asphalt and widen to 4 metres. Enhancing trail entrances with proper access which include concrete aprons, tactile warning plates.
