The work will consist of removing approximately 4000 tonnes of excess materials from stormwater management (SWM) block (BLK 61), located adjacent to the Battler Yard at 1585 Battler Road, Kitchener, ON. SWM 61 is a City Facility that was used to temporarily store sediment cleaned out of SWM ponds located throughout the City. This material has been stockpiled in two (2) piles since March 2023 and is located at the northwest corner of the site. Battler Yard is open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on weekdays. City will have the right to make any claims against the other with respect to the award of a contract, failure to award a contract or failure to honour a quotation submitted in response to this RFQ.
