Renovation of a water / sewer project in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work consists of repairing and repainting the interior and exterior of Three Chopt Water Storage Tanks 1 and 2 (1.1 MG and 1.4 MG respectively). The work includes the complete cleaning and repainting of the tank on the interior surfaces, and the complete cleaning and repainting of the exterior surfaces with containment. Additional work items include repair of roof rafters, installation of new valve vault ladders and valve vault GFCI electrical receptacles, replacement of overflow pipe flap gate screening, and modification of the roof safety railing toe bar, including other miscellaneous repairs and incidental items such as coordination with the OWNER, first anniversary evaluation, disposal of debris, and site restoration. The project is located at 1103 Horsepen Road in Henrico County, Virginia.
