No timeline for when award will be available** Reference Number 0000325777 On behalf of the Oakland County District Courts, Oakland County Purchasing is issuing this sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) for Audio - Visual Maintenance and Support for current systems installed at District Court - Divisions 1, 2, and 4. For details see 000353 ATT B - Solicitation Specifications. The awarded Contractor will provide Maintenance and Repair services of the installed audio-visual systems and equipment located at Oakland County 52 nd District Court Division 1 (48150 Grand River Ave , Novi, MI 48374), Oakland County 52nd District Court Division 2 (5850 Lorac Dr, Clarkston, MI 48346) and Oakland County 52nd District Court Division 4 (520 W Big Beaver Rd, Troy, MI 48084). 2. The Maintenance and Repair services will be performed on pre-existing systems installed by Business information Systems. The County will not consider replacing or removing the existing systems. 3. The Maintenance and Repair services will include Preventative Maintenance site visits and replacement of equipment and parts, and simple installation services. 4. The Contractor will also provide District Court staff training and consulting on an as needed basis.
