Questions Due Date: Sep 29th 2023, 8:00 AM PDT. The Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board ("JPB" or Agency"), will be seeking proposals from qualified firms ("Proposers" or "Consultants") to provide on-call Construction Management Services primarily consisting of JPB Capital Program Construction Transportation Projects in collaboration with JPB staff, municipalities, and other transit agencies ("Services") . The Agency, subject to Board of Directors' approval, intends to award a seven (7) year term with two one-year option terms for on-call Services to one (1) or more successful Proposer(s). The successful Proposer(s) will execute an Agreement for Services. The anticipated Board-approved, aggregate not-to-exceed contract amount for provision of the Services, is $40,000,000. The Services will be provided on an on-call basis. There is no guarantee of any amount of work that will be ordered or allocated, or the total compensation to be paid to any Consultant(s) under the contracts. Intent to Bid Due Date: Oct 27th 2023, 8:00 AM PDT. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
