The Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board ("JPB" or Agency"), will be seeking proposals from qualified firms ("Proposers" or "Consultants") to provide on-Alternative Project Delivery Negotiation Support Services to support JPB Capital Program Projects. The Agency is in the process of administering a number of transportation construction projects that were, or are being, procured using a methodology other than a traditional design-bid-build methodology (e.g., Construction Manager/General Contractor methodology (CMGC)). CMGC procurements consist of two phases of work: (1) Pre-Construction Phase Work; and (2) Construction Phase Work. The successful PROPOSER must be able to deliver the Services in collaboration with the Agency's staff, municipalities, and other transit agencies. Question Deadline 09/11/2023 at 4:00 PM PT The Agency, subject to Board of Directors' approval, intends to award a five (5) year term with two one-year option terms for on-call Services to one (1) or more successful Proposer(s). The successful Proposer(s) will execute an Agreement for Services. The Services will be provided on an on-call basis. There is no guarantee of any amount of work that will be ordered or allocated, or the total compensation to be paid to any Consultant(s) under the contracts. Contract Award (tentative) January 2024
