The project consists of approximately 150 linear feet of 8-inch (8") gravity sanitary sewer including two (2) sanitary sewer manholes and 550 linear feet of 8-inch (8") water distribution main including one (1) fire hydrant using trenchless construction. The project is located at the intersection of Gosling Road and Dovershire Road in Northampton Municipal Utility District. The project is in the City of Houston Extraterritorial Jurisdiction in Harris County (Key Map 250-Z). Question Deadline 08/05/2023 at 10:00 AM CT No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 calendar days from the date bids are open. The work shall be substantially complete within sixty (60) calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed, which includes ten (10) calendar days from Notice to Proceed date to mobilize and begin submittal reviews and complete in full within thirty (30) calendar days from substantial completion. The bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) cashier's check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. M Bidder must be capable of executing a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond for 100 percent (100%) of the contract sum in accord with the conditions of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities.
