Site work for a water / sewer project in Oakville, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work to be carried out under this Contract in general includes upgrades to the Oakville Water Treatment Plant but is not limited to the following: - Photovoltaic (PV) solar array and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) with all ancillary components including concrete pad, retaining wall, etc. - High Lift Pump No. 4 with new variable frequency drive (VFD) and other associated appurtenances with relevant updates to the existing control system. - Main substation replacement including high voltage switchgear, high voltage transformers, and associated equipment. - Low voltage transformer and associated appurtenances replacement. .5 Replacement of key electrical panels for MCC #2 and MCC #4. - Select roof refurbishment for installation of PV solar arrays. - Roof refurbishment of areas not for PV installation. - Structural rehabilitation of key process areas including the east clearwell, backwash flume, and low-lift pump station. - Piping and electrical modifications in the low-lift pump station. - New water analyzing system. - New supplementary cooling system in Low Lift and High Lift pump room. - New laboratory with architectural, electrical and building mechanical upgrades.
