Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Annapolis, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, Task 1: installation of a timber ramp, floating dock, and aluminum gangway at the end of 6th Street at Back Creek and Task 2: removal of existing boat launch and bollards, performance of site work, installation of a floating dock and kayak launch, and construction of a reinforced concrete boat ramp and imbricated rock walls. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to the City of Annapolis in an amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidder’s maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a bond issued by a surety on the City provided bond form. The Successful Bidder shall provide the Contract Bonds, including the Performance Bond and the Payment Bond, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total Bid Price on the City provided bond forms. Commencement and Expiration. This Contract shall commence on the date set forth in the Contract, and shall expire two hundred and forty (240) calendar days later, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of the Contract. Questions will be accepted at bids@annapolis.gov prior to 5:00 p.m. local time Monday, November 10, 2025. The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the Bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
