2023 Road Program Work includes milling, overlay, and base repair. Add alternates are included. Bids must include a certified check or bid bond, with corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in the amount of 10% of the bid, as posted through PennBid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder. Questions may be submitted through PennBid on or before Noon on August 3, 2023, 12:00 PM The Successful Bidder who is awarded the Contract will be required to pay PennBID a fee of 1/3% (.0033) of the Contract Award Value. Trainer Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions of, to waive informalities in the bidding, and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
