Site work for a water / sewer project in Whitmore Lake, Michigan. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Department of Corrections is seeking proposals for phases 400 - 700 for design services for site mechanical underground work. This work is to include design to repair / replace site mechanical underground water, storm and sanitary sewer lines. The sanitary sewer has already been scoped with areas of concern that are to be addressed first. The underground waterlines have also been surveyed for sizes and locations. Please see the provided PDF for the sanitary and water line locations. No survey work has been completed for the storm system. The professional shall provide a survey of the existing storm drain system (some information will be available from previous projects ALL questions should be emailed to Susan Wheaton Ra at wheatons1@michigan.gov address no later than 5:00 p.m., Eastern on August 4, 2023 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
