Work Under This Contract: 1.1 Includes but is not limited to, all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation service, any and all travel expenses (previously approved by County), and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete the required Scope of Work in a workmanlike manner, complete and on schedule. 1.2 Procure all permits and licenses, including, but not limited, to NDOT's temporary encroachment permit and NDEP's Storm Water Discharge Permit, pay all charges, fees and taxes, and give all notices necessary and incidental to the due and lawful prosecution of the work. 1.3 Provide all traffic control per Detail Specifications. 1.4 All utility covers shall be protected per Detail Specifications. 1.5 Sweep & clean all streets to be Micro Sealed and /or Chip Sealed to the satisfaction of the Engineer. 1.6 Provide job cleanup at all sites to the satisfaction of Humboldt County staff. 1.7 Work shall be completed within Ninety (90) calendar days for the Base Bid. 1.8 Contractor is responsible to obtain all legal right of entry for any staging areas deemed necessary for the project. When a solicitation bond is specified on the INVITATION TO SOLICITATION, solicitation shall be accompanied by a surety company solicitation bond, cash or by certified or cashier's check made payable to Humboldt County in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the amount solicitation Pursuant to NRS 338, every contract over $100,000 to which a public body is a party to and that requires the employment of skilled or unskilled labor in the performance of a public work must contain the rate of wages to be paid to each of the classes of workmen. The rate of wages must not be less than the rate of such wages prevailing in Humboldt County. Minimum wage rates determined by the State of Nevada Labor Commissioner are set forth in the contract documents. 8.1. The successful Responding Offeror and sub-contractors shall obtain the appropriate Humboldt County and/or City of Winnemucca business license within ten (10) business days of solicitation award. 8.2. All licenses required by the Nevada State Contractor's Board per NRS 624, shall be obtained within ten (10) business days of solicitation award. 6.1. Humboldt County reserves the right to not select any solicitations if funding from the USDA is not secured through the present loan/grant process. 6.2. Humboldt County reserves the right to reject any or all solicitations or any part thereof, and to waive any informalities or irregularities
