contracted individually or cumulatively: 1) Well Drilling 2) Construct a Stream Gauge 3) Prepare a comprehensive longrange Water Management Plan The Colony Council is seeking qualified firms or persons to contract each of the tasks above; with a 1) contract with a firm to construct and develop a 6-inch groundwater monitoring well, est. 1,800-feet; and 2) contract with a firm to provide and construct a stream gauging station in Water Canyon Creek to monitor water flow year-round; and 3) contract with a professional hydro-geologist to plan, acquire data, analyze the data, and develop the plan, and then to manage the implementation of the plan, to include historic water usage; literature search, data collection, assessment, and strategy. The Water Management Plan will be based on a literature search and local and regional data collection and compilation, for the conservation, management, and development of both groundwater and surface water, and monitoring of current and future water quality and quantity on Colony lands (364 acres). The method has not been determined.
