Removal of concrete slabs, removal of submersible sewage pumps, rails, float switches, valves, piping, electrical controls, panels, cabinets, and other miscellaneous items and furnishing and installation of new submersible sewage pumps, rails, float switches, above-ground valve vault, flow meters, piping, electrical components, and all associated restoration. The Bidding Documents include either the attached Appendix V of prevailing rates of wages and fringe benefits for all classes of Construction Mechanics called for in the Bid and resulting Contract, if any, or the attached current prevailing wage determination issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, as applicable depending on the funding source(s). The State reserves the right to cancel this Invitation to Bid ITB or change the date and time for submitting Bids by announcing same at any time before the established date and time for Bid opening. Bids must remain open for acceptance by the Owner for no less than the Bid hold period. Contractor may agree to extend the Bid hold period. However, any such extension must be based upon no increase in the Bid Price and/or Contract Time.
