(v) Date, Time, and Place Offers are due By Monday, August 7, 2023 5:00pm Central Standard Time to email: scott.beeman@usda.gov (vi) Solicitation Government Point of Contact Scott Beeman at scott.beeman@usda.gov (vii) Description of Requirement The Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is a 5 year agreement for Timber Stand Improvement (TSI) services for the US Forest Service within the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest and the Ottawa National Forest. TSI services will be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Issuance of a BPA does not obligate the Government to purchase TSI services. Once BPAs are established, individual calls (orders) may be issued to those vendors with BPAs as specific projects are identified by the Government. See the Supplemental Terms and Conditions section for information on how calls will be issued. Applicable Federal Wage Determinations will be included in each order.
