The Ketchikan Gateway Borough (Borough) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms, companies or individuals to provide for purposes of this RFP: 2023 SKATE PARK IMPROVEMENTS DESIGN-BUILD PROJECT the following forms are included as part of the Contract Documents and are to be used pursuant to the requirements stated herein, or in a form acceptable to the Owner. Performance Bond Payment Bond SCOPE OF WORK The Ketchikan Gateway Borough is requesting proposals from a design team composed of qualified professional engineering and construction contractors for Design-Build Services (herein after referred to as Project) for the 2023 Skate Park Improvements Design-Build Project. The Design Team will provide complete design services (including community outreach, conceptual design, final plans and specifications, engineering cost estimate, construction surveying, contract documents, and construction) to master plan the site, install a sidewalk to connect the Schoenbar Trail to Park Avenue along the top of the embankment, and build an open-sided metal roof atop the 6,900-s.f. Skate Park located at 1101 Park Avenue.
