The City of Sequim is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide on-call professional engineering services related to municipal potable water and sanitary sewer utilities. Questions about this RFQ can be directed to the City Contact. The City of Sequim in its sole discretion reserves the right to terminate this RFQ process or modify the terms of this RFQ at any time. In no event will the City or any of its officers, officials, or employees be liable for or otherwise obligated to reimburse responding firms or individuals for any costs incurred in preparation of their statement of qualifications. By responding to this RFQ, Consultants are certifying that they have read and understand the scope of services described, and agree that they are able to competently perform them. All submittals received become the property of the City of Sequim. All City records may be subject to public disclosure unless they fall under a recognized exemption. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. An on-call agreement(s) for consulting services will be awarded in an amount not to exceed $200,000 with individual task orders negotiated for each task assignment. The agreement(s) will be for two (2) years and may be extended at the discretion of the City. Women- and minority-owned business enterprises (WMBE) and veteran-owned firms are encouraged to respond to this opportunity.
