Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cottleville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to replace the roofing on the Main Office, Process Water Pump Station, Headworks, and Dewatering Feed Pump Station Buildings at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in O'Fallon, Missouri, with Bid Number: 23-061. Approximately 7,350 square feet. Work includes but is not limited to completely removing existing roof components down to the base layer of roof decking, a new roofing system should be installed and include decking insulation, cover board, elastomeric roof coating, and all associated features. The coping system on the roof of the Main Office Building must also be removed and replaced. All requests for clarifications on these bidding documents must be received no later than Wednesday, August 16th, by 2:00 PM.
