Site work and paving for a civil project in Cottondale, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of September 13,2023, project was awarded to CB&L, awarded amount is $749,922.74. Jackson County is requesting bids to complete the following public infrastructure improvements along Dilmore Road in Cottondale, FL; construct 1,100 LF of 10î PVC Water Main including associated appurtenances and 150 LF of jack & bore with 18î steel casing, construct 920 LF of 4î Sewer Force Main including associated appurtenances and 150 LF of jack & bore with 12î casing, and perform 1,000 LF of full depth roadway reclamation and asphalt paving along with associated road signs, sod, a nd pavement markings. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% percent of Bidders maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements Document notes: Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
