Site work for a mixed-use development in Republic, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
Republic School Intermediate Bid Package 310 Earthwork/Storm/SWPPP Type of Contract: Lump sum Contract direct with CMaR Contractors Qualifications: Each Contractor desiring to bid this work must have a minimum of five (5) years continuous Qualifications: experience under the current company name and must have successfully completed a minimum of seven (7) comparable scale projects using specified or similar systems. The Construction Manager and Architect will review the Bidders list for each package with the Owner. The Owner has the right to take steps, as the Owner deems necessary, to determine the ability of the Contractor to perform the Work. The Contractor shall furnish the Owner such additional information and data for this purpose as the Owner may request. The Owner has the right to reject any Bidder after an investigation or consideration of the information submitted by such Bidder. Bids will be reviewed for both cost and qualifications of the Contractor supplying the Bid.
