Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tonasket, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project will provide street and pedestrian facility improvements, including but not limited to the following: Removal of approximately 800 SY of asphalt pavement Removal of approximately 850 LF of cement concrete curb and gutter Approximately 900 LF of new cement concrete curb & gutter Approximately 400 SY of new cement concrete sidewalk Approximately 50 SY of cement concrete driveways Approximately 9 ADA curb ramps and 5 crosswalks Approximately 2 drywells, 1 combination inlet drywell, and 2 catch basins. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Tonasket.
